I approach each visit with curiosity and the flexibility to pivot from the day’s agenda, as necessary, to keep a person’s comfort and needs at the forefront. My approach to residential care is similar to home care: meeting client’s “where they are”, and with creativity and curiosity. Yet my time working at residential communities in various roles has given me unique insight into those particular dynamics. Besides interacting with residents, I also offer to be a liaison between you, the primary caregiver, and staff.
